About us

They joined forces doing work they loved — helping children in orphanages and foster care at Kidsave, where Terry was co-founder and president and Lauren directed communications. Their working relationship clicked and lasted after Terry semi-retired and Lauren moved on to pursue her next career phase. In spring 2025, seeking to add something positive to the world, they joined forces. Together they share a value that life and business is better when you work for social good. Now, the millennial and baby boomer are teaming up to share their insights and help others discover fulfilling careers and make life choices that brighten their lives and the world around them. Together, they’re empowering people to contribute to the greater good. They guide clients through institutional formalities, alert them to relevant trends and technology, and help them think through their careers and marketing challenges, as well as what the future holds.
