



Terry Baugh
Terry is a certified life coach and seasoned executive, serial entrepreneur, and practitioner of marketing and communications for social good. She has worked both in the U.S. and abroad, supporting U.S.-based and global organizations. An expert in startups, social impact initiatives, marketing, communications, and fundraising, Terry co-founded Kidsave and co-led it for 20 years. Before that, she ran T. Baugh & Company, a boutique marketing and communications firm, and served as Senior Vice President at Porter Novelli. Her career began in Washington, D.C., where she learned the ropes on Capitol Hill.
Over the years, Terry has honed her expertise in market research, development, and management. She understands the challenges faced by both nonprofit and for-profit organizations and has a proven ability to identify what’s missing or needed to move new or stalled ventures forward. Her leadership experience, particularly in the nonprofit sector, has sharpened her ability to find creative ways to generate revenue and sustain organizations through difficult times.
Outside of work, Terry enjoys exploring new places in an RV named Ruby, yoga, weightlifting, her puppy, friends, children, and grandchildren.
Lauren Davis
Lauren is a certified life coach and communications strategist with over twelve years of experience in leading digital campaigns and creating impactful advocacy messaging for well-known nonprofit organizations. She loves working with C-suite leaders to develop thought leadership platforms, refine messaging, and enhance organizational voice. With expertise in social media, video production, email marketing, and executive communications, she's a pro at turning complex ideas into clear and engaging messages.
Lauren is truly passionate about helping people as they embark on significant changes in their lives. She provides practical insights, honest feedback, and a sense of accountability to support their journey.
Lauren earned her master’s degree in Journalism from the Medill School at Northwestern University and is also proud to be an HBCU graduate, holding a bachelor’s degree in Communications and English Professional Writing from Oakwood University.
When she's not working, you can find Lauren on an adventure, trying new restaurants in the DMV area and enjoying quality time with friends and family.
