Cancellations/Refunds

Coaching Sessions

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or rescheduled at our discretion.

Cohort Programs and Courses

Because cohort size is intentionally limited, enrollment becomes non-refundable once the program begins.

If you are unable to attend after enrolling, we may, at our discretion, offer a transfer to a future cohort.

Missed classes maybe made up in a future cohort or at our discretion. Exercises for the missed class will be provided at the time of the missed class so the following class can be completed on schedule.
